(1) PRODUCTION TIMES: These rugs are Made To Orders. Production times: 5-8 business days. Holiday seasons takes up to 14 business days to make. Standard shipping time take about 3-8 business. (It will usually ship in 3 days but you never know with the USPS processing times and the holidays).

(2) Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process – once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.
