Angeline Kids - Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it leaves our shipping department) takes 1-2 business days depending on the volume of orders currently being filled and on your selected shipping method. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us at or text us at (+1) 972-876-5598 before placing your order and we can help you choose the best shipping option.

US Shipping:

Express & Overnight orders must be placed by 3p.m Central Time to be shipped same day. Orders placed after 3p.m EST will be shipped on the next business day.


* Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Once shipped it takes app. 2-8 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within a week.

* Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS


Angeline Kids is responsible for the delivery of the package UNTIL the package is scanned 'delivered' by USPS, Fedex or UPS.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.  

Return Policy:


Returns are Easy!

Our #1 priority is to make sure our clothes make you & your little ones happy! We accept ALL returns EXCEPT CLEARANCE/FINAL SALES ITEMS within 21 days of receipt.

Simply email for RMA# and return instruction.



  1. Item is eligible for return within 21 calendar days of receipt. Clearance items & warehouse final sale items are non-returnable

  2. In original condition: items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing. All tags/labels (if any) must be intact.

  3. If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Angeline Kids, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.

  4.  Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.

  5. Angeline Kids reserves the right to deny a refund if items are not received within a reasonable time frame after creating an RMA#.


Clearance items & warehouse final sale items

1. You received a damaged item- please send pictures to be verified 

2. You received the wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified 

Refunds will only be accepted in the following cases:

3. You received an incomplete order or you did not receive your order at all
